Shipping policy
Where we ship
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt. We don't ship outside Egypt at the moment.
Shipping fee
A flat fee of EGP 100 applies to every order, anywhere in Egypt. The fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Processing time
We prepare your order and hand it to the courier within 1–2 working days.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 working days. Public holidays and peak periods may add a few days.
Payment on delivery
If you choose Cash on Delivery, please have the full order amount, including the EGP 100 shipping fee, ready for the courier.
Your address and phone number
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and complete. The courier will call you before delivery. If we can't deliver because of incorrect details or no answer, we'll contact you to arrange another attempt.

مناطق التوصيل
نوصل لجميع محافظات مصر، ولا نشحن خارج مصر حاليًا.
رسوم الشحن
رسوم شحن ثابتة 100 جنيه على كل طلب في أي مكان داخل مصر، وتظهر الرسوم عند إتمام الطلب قبل تأكيده.
مدة تجهيز الطلب
نجهز طلبك ونسلمه لشركة الشحن خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.
مدة التوصيل
بعد الشحن، يستغرق التوصيل من 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل، وقد تزيد المدة بضعة أيام في العطلات الرسمية وأوقات الذروة.
الدفع عند الاستلام
في حالة اختيار الدفع عند الاستلام، يرجى تجهيز المبلغ الكامل للطلب شاملًا رسوم الشحن 100 جنيه لتسليمه لمندوب الشحن.
العنوان ورقم الهاتف
يرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف واكتمالهما، حيث سيتواصل معك المندوب قبل التوصيل. إذا تعذر التوصيل بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة أو عدم الرد، سنتواصل معك لترتيب محاولة أخرى.
